waist injury recovering.. 01/12/14



just had 30mins self-train for ma day,
it's hurt so i decide not to play games at the moment.
so down when i play ma games with buddy that don't feel satisfied,
gotta make some quick recover asap.

the best way i do some light workout,
wait till it recover.
be passion, be patient,
it gonna be alright.
