02/02/15 PS MONDAY
P.O.D. with supper dirty pinky shoes and bandage.
Got some advice from coach need to rest for two days at least,
but still need to do some solo training.
This is not serious injury, will recover soon,
so I think I am quite lucky.
It's just minor injury, some sort of muscles tissue joint problem,
so I do some ICE CUBE recovery method at home by night time,
hope it can recover fast,
I still have bunch of beast I wanted to beat.
