push up x 300
GYM ROOM (45 minutes)
treadmill 10 minutes / 1.5km
cycling 2.5 minutes
bench press x 30 / 40kgs
squat x 50 / 30kgs
pull up x 10
dip x 15
this is purpose of building stamina,
for tomorrow squash training =)
A day an hour, do you say no time? "No Excuse"
