tuesday night,
time for some work out.

HOME (10 minutes)
skipping x 300
push up x 300

GYM ROOM (45 minutes)
treadmill 10 minutes / 1.5km
cycling 2.5 minutes
bench press x 30 / 40kgs
squat x 50 / 30kgs
pull up x 10
dip x 15

this is purpose of building stamina,
for tomorrow squash training =)

A day an hour, do you say no time? "No Excuse"

Sparing April


well this month, i ain't train much but sparing.
was curious why my skin happen this like once a blue moon again.
so I found the answer,
I shall use cheap budget grip instead of Karakal,
Karakal is too grippy, it makes my skin tear off.
time to change, lowgrade it.

tasteless, not a bad thing,
