31/03/2015 Month End March2015

Have been a while since my last update of blog from date 11March2015,
due to my workload upgraded and trip to Bangkok.

When I am here for BLOG, lets talk about fun to release stress =)

First I have stop PS for 11 days,
so coincidence that My Bangkok Hotel room was at 11th floor,
and also 11 is my favorite number,
the first day I came from BKK, I slept for 14 hours straight.

13/03/15 The last day of my workout before BKK trip,..

17/03/15 celebration for the first day I bought new little cup for espresso.

19&20/03/15 PST MAR15 - DAY 4&5

For my Birthday,
Thx Darling Evangeline for surprising me a CAKE delivered to my house.
and my neighbor arguing this CAKE wasn't mine but after check it's my name on this CAKE,
he is finally quiet and return my birthday CAKE to me..... L o L, it's my Birthday! gimme back my CAKE!

DT, turn old one year old... wish you the best luck for year 2015.

Coach Rashid, the more devil you are the more better I am, appreciate!

P.S.T. (PS TRAINING)

Today was conditional play,
No kill, No style, No aggressive.
Normal shot, play length,
No let No stroke,

it's all about stamina and control shot.
I don't feel tired, but keep learning of shot.
so damn loosing and lousy shot I got,
I need fix it! but caffeine fix first.....

next session, tuition fee need to pay first,
thanks coach Rashid put so much effort on me,
I shall improve no matter how far it goes,

w.o.d. - workout of day - 1,000 laps every morning.

3km treadmill - 20 minutes est. 7.5 km/h
squats 50kgs - 15 laps x 2
bench press 35 kgs - 10 laps x 2
dip - 10 laps x 2
pull up - 6 laps x 2
crunch 10kgs - 30 laps

... Rest ...


p.o.d. no excuse, ps training on 04.03/15, 45 minutes tough training, hell half dead.

biceps 12.5kgs - 10 laps
swing 10kgs - 15 laps
deadlift 40kgs - 10 laps x 2
crunch - 30 laps
