Sparing April

well this month, i ain't train much but sparing.
was curious why my skin happen this like once a blue moon again.
so I found the answer,
I shall use cheap budget grip instead of Karakal,
Karakal is too grippy, it makes my skin tear off.
time to change, lowgrade it.

April Fool, yet I am doing PS training.
and well, the 2nd day of April,
I send my buddy to airport,
TC at Obriens with very low acidity coffee,
so called lite caffeine fix.
